In tribute to our family’s female legacies, this collection of wines reflects the elements of timeless poise and elegance. This selection of less familiar red cultivars is a true reflection of the versatility of the Ormonde terroir in Darling. Embracing the gentle breezes and rolling mists off the Atlantic Ocean which cool the vineyards during summer, nurturing the grapes through ripening and harvesting.  With the wisdom of past vintages, our Cellar master then guides the fermentation process with a delicate touch applying winemaking techniques gathered from world travel to produce wines of intense character.
