This vibrant wine showcases the white pepper and smoke aromas we celebrate from our unique terroir. Although still young the wine appeals with smooth mouth feel and beautiful rich dark fruit.

Juicy, char-grilled Rib-eye steak, on the fattier side, served with black pepper sauce.

This is a single vineyard wine, reflecting the best terroir of the Ormonde Estate and showcasing the oldest vineyards dating back to the early 1970’s.
The windy conditions on the estate leads to small canopy, focussing the plants’ energy on the grapes.Cellar Aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd fill French oak barrels, medium toast.
