Aroma, flavour profile and finish:
Enticing aromas of red plum and raspberry fruit meets the nose. Complemented by a soft and elegant palate with distinctive mocha and red fruit flavours.

Food pairing:
Crispy roasted Pork Loin rubbed with rosemary and garlic paste, served with a rich red wine reduction jus and creamy mash potatoes.

Description:
Ageng : 3-8 years
Blend : 100% Merlot

Fermented in Stainless steel until dry. The wine was macerated on the skin for a further 10 days to ensure extraction of colour and flavours. Normal pump over occurring 3 times per day.

Harvest : March 2015

Maturation : Barrel ageing in French Oak for 16 months.
